Meet Missy

We would like to introduce you to Missy, our beloved Jersey x Holstein crossbred cow.

Missy came to our sanctuary all the way from Missouri, just like our resident goat Stewart. She was part of the same small herd, and her original owner could no longer care for her due to health reasons. Since arriving at our sanctuary, Missy has become a cherished member of our animal family.

What makes Missy so special is her unique personality. Despite her size, she thinks she’s a small goat! She loves to be around people and is very social, especially with children. She has formed a particularly strong bond with my son Jackson, who is autistic. Jackson and Missy have become inseparable, and their bond is truly heartwarming to witness.

We are excited to announce that Missy is expecting a baby in April! We are doing everything we can to ensure that Missy and her baby receive the best possible care during and after the birth. Your donation can help us continue to provide Missy with the high-quality food, medical care, and shelter she needs to stay healthy and strong.
