The Therapy Goats Who Stole Our Hearts

Allow us to introduce Jasper and Zephyr, the lovable goat brothers who have captured the hearts of everyone at Hidden Bee Animal Rescue. While they weren’t rescued, they have played a significant role in the foundation of our animal rescue. As parents of an autistic child, we understand the difficulties in finding ways to bring joy and comfort to our child while navigating neurological and sensory challenges.

In our constant search for ways to improve our son’s life, Jasper and Zephyr came into our lives as therapy goats. These two goats have been Jackson’s best friends and companions ever since. They came with us all the way from Northern California, and they have become an essential part of the Hidden Bee Animal Rescue family.

Jasper and Zephyr have the full run of Hidden Bee Farm and Animal Rescue. They can be found grazing with the horses, laying in the field with the donkeys, chasing the free-range chickens, trying to steal food from the pigs, and snuggling with Jackson under a tree. These boys have everything they could ever want, but a bag of chips or carrots is always a welcome treat.

Their heartwarming story has even been featured on ABC News, which gave a glimpse of the special bond between Jasper, Zephyr, and our son. We are grateful for their unwavering friendship and the joy they bring to everyone at Hidden Bee Animal Rescue.
