Mama Grizzly Bear
Gypsy was one of the most aggressive animals at Hidden Bee Animal Rescue, but she has also endured the most abuse. Rescued from another amazing Donkey Rescue organization, Gypsy arrived with her face badly damaged, likely from a cattle prod.

Despite her challenging past, Gypsy’s temperament has improved significantly. She has transformed into one of our sweetest donkeys, although she can still be unpredictable at times. When her baby, Kevin, was born, she protected him like a mama grizzly bear.
Gypsy is a work in progress, but she is now happy, healthy, and safe. Recently, she had her best session ever with the farrier. There is one person she trusts more than anyone else, which is a testament to her growth and resilience.
